NEE-V Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NEE-V. If you are not happy with your order, please read our returns policy below.

1. Your Consumer Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a major fault, is not fit for purpose, not as described. ACL rights are in addition to any right you have under our return policy.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused, unopened and in its original condition and packaging.

• You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are at the customer’s expense.

Note: Due to the nature of health and ingestible products, change of mind returns will only be accepted for items that are completely sealed and unopened.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

• Faulty,

• Damaged in transit, or

• Not the item you ordered,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We will:

• Provide a replacement; or

• Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible; and

• Cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

4. How to Return an Item

To request a return, please email us at admin@neeuv.com.au  with your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
We will issue you a Return Authorisation and instructions on how to send the item back.

5. Refund Timing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the above criteria, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Change of Delivery Address

We are unable to refund goods lost or delivered to an incorrect address if the address provided by the customer at checkout was accurate.
