At NEE-V, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During promotional periods, product launches or holiday periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia wide using Australia Post and selected courier partners.

Estimated delivery timeframes:
• Metro areas: 2–6 business days
• Regional areas: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post or courier network delays outside of our control.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected countries. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs will vary depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply in their country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you have not received your tracking information within a few business days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@neeuv.com.au

Authority to Leave

By selecting Authority to Leave at checkout, you authorise the delivery provider to leave your parcel in a safe place at your delivery address. NEE-V is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. NEE-V is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we will always do our best to assist, once parcels have been handed to the shipping provider, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier where possible.
